About this Product
- SKU:
- 207322
- Extra Details:
- Poly(ADP-ribose) synthesized after DNA damage is only present transiently and is rapidly degraded by poly(ADP-ribose) glycohydrolase. PARG hydrolyzes poly(ADP-ribose) at glycosidic (1''-2') linkage of ribose-ribose bond to produce free ADP-ribose. Recombinant protein corresponding to human PARG, fused to His-tag, expressed in Sf21 cells. Swiss/UniProt Accession: Q86W56. Biological Activity: ~100ng is required for poly(ADP-ribose) degradation assays Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
