Each kit contains sufficient materials to run ELISAs on approximately 15x96-well plates, provided that the following conditions are met: The assay is run as summarized in the General ELISA protocol and the recommended microplates, buffers, diluents, substrates and solutions are used. Test Principle: Leptin R, Human, BioAssay™ ELISA Kit contains the basic components required for the development of sandwich ELISAs to measure natural and recombinant human Leptin Receptor (Leptin R). Range: ~0.312-20ng/ml Kit Components: 1. Capture Antibody, 1x1vial 2. Detection Antibody, 1x1vial 3. Standard, 1x3vials 4. Streptavidin-HRP, 1x1vial Note: Plates not included in Development Kit Storage and Stability: Store other components at 4°C. Stable for at least 6 months For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
