- Extra Details:
- Human CD27 Ligand (also CD70) is a 30kD type 2 transmembrane glycoprotein that is a member of the TNF superfamily. It contains a 20aa cytoplasmic region and a 155aa extracellular domain that shows multiple bstrands. It is an inducible trimer that occurs on B cells, T cells, and NK cells. It regulates T cell dependant B cell differentiation into plasma cells and likely to promotes clonal expansion of T cells. Human CD27 Ligand extracellular region is 64%aa identical to mouse and rat CD27 Ligand extracellular regions. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 0.1ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
