- Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: 0.25g/10e6 cells with MCF-7 human breast cancer cell line Western Blot: 0.1ug/ml detects Cytokeratin 19 using lysates of HT-29 human colon adenocarcinoma cell line, DU145 human prostate carcinoma cell line, HCT-116 human colorectal carcinoma cell line, and MCF-7 human breast cancer cell line Immunohistochemistry: 3-15ug/ml in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human kidney Immunocytochemistry: 5-15ug/ml in immersion fixed MCF-7 human breast cancer cell line Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
