- WDR13 is a member of the WD repeat protein family. WD repeats are minimally conserved regions of approximately 40aa typically bracketed by gly-his and trp-asp (GH-WD), which may facilitate formation of heterotrimeric or multiprotein complexes. Members of this family are involved in a variety of cellular processes, including cell cycle progression, signal transduction, apoptosis, and gene regulation. WDR13 gene is widely expressed in various tissues, and located in chromosome X. The function of this gene has not been determined. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1.25ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
