About this Product
SKU:
132396
Application:
Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, Immunofluorescence
translate.label.attr.clone:
4G8
Clonality:
Monoclonal
Extra Details:
The protein encoded by this gene is an RNA binding protein and possible splicing factor. The encoded protein is found in the nucleus, where it colocalizes with core spliceosomal proteins. Studies of a mouse protein with high sequence similarity to this protein suggest that this protein may act as a transcriptional coactivator for JUN/AP-1 and estrogen receptors. Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been observed for this gene. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunohistochemistry, Immunofluorescence and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Immunofluorescence: 40ug/ml Immunohistochemistry (FFPE): 1ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Amino Acid Sequence: TQCFQLSNMFNPQTEEEVGWDTEIKDDVIEECNKHGGVIHIYVDKNSAQG Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
