- PLP encodes the major protein components of compact CNS myelin and mutations in the PLP gene can lead to severe dysmyelinating disease. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunofluorescence and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Immunofluorescence: 10ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
