- Calcium-transporting ATPase belongs to the cation transport ATPase (P-type) family and plays a critical role in intracellular calcium homeostasis. Mammalian Calcium-transporting ATPases are encoded by at least four separate genes with multiple isoforms produced by alternative splicing. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
