- For characterization of different stages of infection and very useful for the analysis of the AAV2 assembly process. This recombinant antibody recognizes the same epitope as A0868-35. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Dot Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA 1:20. Dot Blot: 1:100 (0.5ug/ml; non-denaturing conditions). Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

- Recognizes intact AAV2, AAV2.7m8, AAV3 and Anc80 particles, empty and full capsids. Recognizes a conformational epitope of assembled capsids, not present in denatured capsid proteins and native but unassembled capsid proteins. Does not react with AAV1, AAV4, AAV5, AAV6, AAV7, AAV8, AAV9, AAV11, AAV12, AAVDJ, AAVrh10 or AAVrh74.
