- For characterization of different stages of infection and very useful for the analysis of the AAV assembly process. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA 1:80 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Does not react with AAV2, AAV3, AAV4, AAV5, AAV7, AAV8, AAV9, AAV11, AAVrh10 or AAVrh74.
