- Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry and Immunofluorescence/Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunofluorescence (IC): 1:100-1:200 (0.5-1ug/ml) Immunohistochemistry (frozen and paraffin): 1:50-1:100 (1-2ug/ml). Microwave treatment in 10mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0 recommended for paraffin sections Flow Cytometry: 0.5-1ug/10e6 cells in 100ul Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Positive Control: Colon cancer Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

- Recognizes human blood group H type 5 and type 6 as confirmed with Chembiomed synthetic oligosaccharide-BSA conjugate in ELISA. It is expressed on endothelial cells, epithelial cells and granulocytes. Increased expression of this antigen has been observed on some tumor tissues such as gastric carcinomas, urothelial carcinomas, and colon carcinomas.
