- CCR10 is a G protein-linked seven transmembrane domain protein expressed by T cells and B cell subsets, and functions as a receptor for CCL27. CCR10 mediates lymphocyte migration to the skin and mucosa, and its expression correlates with the metastatic capacity of melanomas. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: 10ul labels 1x10e6 cells. Validated for use with mouse B16F1 cells and rat splenocytes. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: PE conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
