- Recombinant protein corresponding to Met1~Val152 from rat Dystrophia Myotonica Protein Kinase, with a N-terminal His-Tag, expressed in E. coli. Molecular Weight: ~21.5kD Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and SDS-PAGE. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 6 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile 10mM PBS, pH 7.4 to 0.1-1mg/ml. Do not vortex. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
