- Recombinant protein corresponding to Met1~Asp322 from human Purine Rich Element Binding Protein A, with a N-terminal His-Tag, expressed in E. coli. Molecular Weight: ~38.6kD Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and SDS-PAGE. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 6 months after receipt at -20°C. Reonstitute in dH2O to a concentration less than or equal to 0.1mg/ml. Do not vortex.. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
