- 048965 represents an excellent marker for all types of epithelia. Ideal marker for immunolocalization studies on frozen and paraffin embedded tissue. Useful for distinguishing carcinomas from non-epithelial tumors. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry. Not suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): 1:10-1:20. protease treatment and/or microwave treatment recommended Immunohistochemistry: frozen sections Optimal dilution determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
