- CD66c is a GPI-anchored glycoprotein capable of homophilic adhesion and heterophilic binding to CD66a-e, CD62E, and galectins. It is expressed on granulocytes and epithelial cells, and has potential applications in the detection of sites of infection and inflammation. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: 10ul labels 10e6 cells in 100ul Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: PE conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
