In neuroscience, GSK-3 is implicated in tau phosphorylation, synaptic plasticity, and neuroinflammation-key features of neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's and Parkinson's. CHIR99021 promotes B Beta-catenin stabilization and supports neural stem cell self-renewal and differentiation.
