Immunocytochemical labeling of VASP phosphorylation in rabbit spleen fibroblasts treated with Calyculin A. The cells were labeled with rabbit polyclonal VASP (Thr-278) antibody, then detected using appropriate secondary antibodies conjugated to Cy3.
