- Clone M588 detects 80-130 kDa* bands corresponding to the molecular mass of CD44 on SDS-PAGE immunoblots of native MDA-MB-231, A431, and A549 cell lysates. The antibody also detects denatured CD44 but with lower affinity. In addition, Clone M588 binds the native form of a recombinant human CD44 protein that contains only the hyaluron binding region.
