- Fluorescein isothiocyanate-conjugated purified monoclonal Mouse antibody to Human IgG4, subclass specific. In an ELISA against human IgG subclasses, only IgG4 gave a strong positive reaction with the MAHu/IgG4/FITC. As a detection antibody an HRP-conjugated mouse anti-FITC was used. Reaction with human IgG1, IgG2 and IgG3 was minimal.
