- Specificity:
- This antibody binds human XCR1, more particularly it strongly binds amino acids 'PESTTFFYYDLQ' of the human XCR1. XRC1 is a receptor for chemokines SCYC1 and SCYC2 and expressed on 80% of CD8+ the dendritic cells. It also acts as a receptor for XCL1/Lymphotactin. It transduces a signal by increasing the intracellular calcium ions level.
