- The antibody was raised in goat by immunizing purified Human IgG. These antisera were then immunoaffinity purified from the antigen specific column. Based on immunoelectrophoresis, the antibody reacts with the heavy chains on Human IgG and with the light chains common to most human use immunoglobulines. No antibody was detected against non-immunoglobulin serum proteins.
