- The affinity purified antibody is labeled by Cy5. This antibody was raised in goat by immunizing purified Rat IgG (H+L). These antisera were then immunoaffinity purified from the antigen specific column with minimum cross-reaction to human, bovine and rabbit serum proteins. No antibody was detected against non-immunoglobulin serum proteins.
