These antisera were then immunoaffinity purified from the antigen specific column with minimum cross-reaction to human serum proteins. Based on immunoelectrophoresis, the antibody reacts with the heavy chains on Rat IgG and with the light chains common to most mouse immunoglobulines. No antibody was detected against non-immunoglobulin
