- The affinity purified antibody is labeled by APC. This antibody was raised in Goat by immunizing purified human IgA (Alpha Chain Specific). This antiserum was then immunoaffinity purified from the antigen specific column with minimum cross-reaction to bovine, mouse, and rabbit serum proteins. No antibody was detected against non-immunoglobulin serum proteins.
