- The affinity purified antibody is labeled by R-PE. This antibody was raised in Goat by immunizing purified human IgA (Alpha Chain Specific). This antiserum was then immunoaffinity purified from the antigen specific column with minimum cross-reaction to bovine, mouse, and rabbit serum proteins. No antibody was detected against non-immunoglobulin serum proteins.
