- The affinity purified antibody is labeled by Allophycocyanin (APC). The antibody was raised in goat by immunizing purified human IgG (Fc fragment specific). These antisera were then immunoaffinity purified from the antigen specific column with minimum cross-reaction to bovine, mouse, and rabbit serum proteins. No antibody was detected against non-immunoglobulin serum proteins.
