- The affinity purified antibody is labeled by Phycoerythrin (R-PE). The antibody was raised in goat by immunizing purified human IgG (Fc fragment specific). These antisera were then immunoaffinity purified from the antigen specific column with minimum cross-reaction to bovine, mouse, and rabbit serum proteins. No antibody was detected against non-immunoglobulin serum proteins.
