- The affinity purified antibody is labeled by Fluorescein Isothiocyanate (FITC). This antibody was raised in goat by immunizing purified Rabbit IgG ((Fab)2 fragment specific). These antisera were then immunoaffinity purified from the antigen specific column with minimum cross-reaction to human, bovine, mouse serum proteins. No antibody was detected against non-immunoglobulin serum proteins.
