- The antigen affinity purified antibody is labeled by peroxidase (HRP). The antibody reacts with the heavy chains on Rabbit IgG and with the light chains common to most rabbit immunoglobulines. No antibody was detected against non-immunoglobulin serum proteins. It has minimal reaction to human serum protein.
