- The affinity purified antibody is labeled by Cy5. The antibody was raised in goat by immunizing purified Mouse (Fab)2 fragment. These antisera were then immunoaffinity purified from the antigen specific column with minimum cross-reaction to human, bovine, and rabbit serum proteins. No antibody was detected against non-immunoglobulin serum proteins.
