- The affinity purified antibody is labeled by Phycoerythrin (PE). This antibody was raised in goat by immunizing purified Mouse fragment. These antisera were then immunoaffinity purified from the antigen specific column with minimum cross-reaction to human, bovine and rabbit serum proteins. No antibody was detected against non-immunoglobulin serum proteins.
