- The antigen affinity purified antibody is labeled by Biotin-SP. The antibody reacts with the heavy chains on Mouse IgG and with the light chains common to most mouse immunoglobulines. No antibody was detected against non-immunoglobulin serum proteins. It has minimal reaction to human serum protein.
