- Specificity:
- The assay recognizes natural human IFNgamma. To define the specificity several proteins were tested for cross reactivity. There was no cross reactivity observed for any protein tested (IL-1alpha, IL-1beta, IL-10, IL-12, IL-4, IL-6, TNFalpha, IL-8, and IL-13). This testing was performed using the equivalent human IFNgamma antibody pair in an ELISA assay.
