- The assay recognizes natural human IL-4. To define specificity, several proteins were tested for cross reactivity. There was no cross reactivity observed for any protein tested (IL-1alpha, IL-1beta, IL-10 IL-12, IFNgamma, IL-2, IL-6, TNFalpha, IL-8 and IL-13) This testing was performed using the equivalent human IL-4 antibody pair in an ELISA assay.
