- The assay recognizes natural human IL-1beta. To define specificity, several proteins were tested for cross reactivity. There was no cross reactivity observed for any protein tested (IL-1alpha, IL-2, IL-10, IL-12, IL-17A, IL-23, IFNgamma, Gp130, IL-33, TNFalpha) This testing was performed using the equivalent human IL-1beta antibody pair in an ELISA assay.
