- The assay recognizes both natural and recombinant human IFNgamma. To define the specificity of this ELISA several proteins were tested for cross reactivity. There was no cross reactivity observed for any protein tested: IL-1alpha, IL-1beta, IL-4, IL-6, IL-8, IL-10, IL-12, IL-13, TNFalpha.
