- Mouse monoclonal antibody W6D3 recognizes CD15 in nonterminal position on extracellular glycoproteins. CD15 (a cell membrane 3-fucosyl-N-acetyllactosamine; 3-FAL) is strongly expressed on granulocytes, monocytes, macrophages, mast cells; it is also present on Langerhans cells and some myeloid precursors cells. This is a non-IgM anti-CD15 antibody.
