On ligand binding; ACVR2A can forms a receptor complex consisting of two type II and two type I transmembrane serine/threonine kinases. ACVR2A is a receptor for Activin A; Activin B and Inhibin A[1][2]. ACVR2A/Activin RIIA Protein; Mouse (HEK293; His-Fc) is produced in HEK293 cells with a C-Terminal His-tag and a C-Terminal Fc-tag.
