Penicillin G acylase (Immobilized) has reusable performance and high recovery rates; retaining much of its original activity after 12 cycles. Among them; Penicillin G acylase (Immobilized) can catalyze penicillin G (PG) to generate 6-aminopenicillanic acid (6-APA) and 7-aminodeacetoxycephalosporanic acid; which are key intermediates for β-lactam antibiotics[1].
