Taltobulin is a common toxin component in ADC preparation (ADC Cytotoxin); and it is also a powerful tubulin (Microtubule/Tubulin) inhibitor. Taltobulin disrupts tubulin polymerization; induces mitotic arrest; and induces apoptosis[1].
