CD28-IN-1 inhibits CD28-driven immune activation and suppresses cytokine (IFN-γ; IL-2 and TNF-α) production in primary human T cells co-cultured with tumor spheroids and human epithelial tissues. CD28-IN-1 can be used for tumor immunity research[1].
