- CD63-2 aptamer sodium is a high-affinity and specific DNA aptamer targeting the CD63 protein (Kd: 78.43 nM). CD63-1 aptamer sodium efficiently binds to CD63-positive cells; including breast cancer MDA-MB-231 cells and CD63-overexpressing HEK293T cells; with moderate binding affinity (Kd~100 nM) as assessed by flow cytometry[1].
