Prexigebersen induces apoptosis (apoptosis); cell cycle arrest and ROS production in leukemia cells. Prexigebersen inhibits Grb2 expression; thereby suppressing tumor growth and survival. Prexigebersen can be used in studies related to acute myeloid leukemia[1][2].
