- This monoclonal antibody enables sensitive and specific detection of mouse Ig in e.g. antigen-specific ELISA. The antibody is specific for mouse immunoglobulin lambda (L Lambda) light chain. Lambda chains generally represent less than 10% of mouse Ig light chains. MAb JC5-1 does not detect the kappa (K Kappa) light chain. The antibody does not cross-react (<0.1% cross-reactivity) with Ig from rat, goat, rabbit, cow, sheep, horse and human.|Validated for our assays.|This monoclonal antibody enables specific detection of mouse Ig lambda in antigen-specific ELISA.
