- These monoclonal antibodies enable sensitive and specific detection of mouse immunoglobulin kappa and lambda light chains in e.g. ELISA and for enumeration of Ig producing cells using ELISpot. MT24 is specific for mouse immunoglobulin kappa (K Kappa) light chain and JC5-1 is specific for mouse immunoglobulin lambda (L Lambda) light chain. Kappa chains generally represent more than 90% of mouse Ig light chains. There is no cross-reactivity (<0.1%) with Ig from rat, goat, rabbit, cow, sheep, horse and human.|Validated for our assays.|These monoclonal antibodies enable specific detection of mouse IgG subclasses in immunoassays such as ELISpot and FluoroSpot in combination with subclass-specific mAbs.
