- This monoclonal antibody enables sensitive and specific detection of mouse Ig in e.g. antigen-specific ELISA and for enumeration of antigen-specific Ig producing cells using ELISpot. The antibody is specific for mouse immunoglobulin kappa (K Kappa) light chain of IgG. Kappa chains generally represent more than 90% of mouse Ig light chains. MAb MT24 does not detect the lambda (L Lambda) light chain. There is no cross-reactivity (<0.1%) with Ig from rat, goat, rabbit, cow, sheep, horse and human.|Validated for our assays.|This monoclonal antibody enables specific detection of mouse Ig kappa chains in immunoassays such as ELISpot and ELISA.
