- The monkey IgA ELISA Flex kit is ideal for users who want the flexibility of setting up their own ELISA assay. This product enables quantification of total monkey IgA in solution, e.g. in serum, plasma and cell culture supernatants, and contains matched quantities of monoclonal capture antibody, ALP-conjugated detection antibody, ELISA standard, and standard reconstitution buffer. Plates and substrate are not included. The antibodies in this kit react with human IgA and cross-react with IgA from non-human primates.
