- This monoclonal antibody enables sensitive and specific detection of human IgG4 in ELISA and ELISpot. In ELISpot it is recommended as capture antibody when detecting with biotinylated antigen. There is no cross-reactivity (<0.1%) with human IgG1, IgG2, IgG3, IgA, IgE, IgM or with IgG from mouse, rat, goat and rabbit. Low cross-reactivity with bovine IgG (1.5%) and IgG from rhesus and cynomolgus macaque (<1%).|Validated for our assays.|This monoclonal antibody enables specific detection of human IgG4 in immunoassays such as ELISpot and ELISA.
