There is no cross-reactivity (<0.1%) with human IgG1, IgG2, IgG4, IgA, IgE, IgM or with IgG from mouse, rat, goat, rabbit and cow. Cross-reactivity with IgG from rhesus and cynomolgus macaque is less than 1%.|Validated for our assays.|This monoclonal antibody enables specific detection of human IgG3 in ELISpot and antigen-specific ELISA.
